This can be used as a stand-alone mantra or used at the end of a ritual.

The only item required is a candle.

1. Light candle.
2. Meditate on your purpose.
3. Extinguish candle and say:
   

   

As this flame gives up its light
And carries smoke into the night,
Carry too, my prayer and plea.
As I will so shall it be.
And it is so.
